Got Gold? is the gold, silver and estate buying practice of Sovereign Estate & Metals, LLC, working with clients across Ocala, The Villages and Central Florida.
Got Gold? is the trade name of Sovereign Estate & Metals, LLC, a Florida limited liability company. We buy precious metals, diamonds, coins, watches and jewelry directly from the public — and we do it by appointment, from an office in Ocala rather than a counter in a strip mall.
Most of our clients are not collectors or dealers. They're people settling an estate, downsizing a house, clearing out a jewelry box that's been closed for twenty years, or turning something they'll never wear again into money they can use. That shapes how we work: slowly, with explanation, and without a line behind you.
We also buy the things other places wave off — costume jewelry, non-running watches, single earrings, tangled chain, unsorted boxes. Some of it has value on its own. Some of it hides gold. Either way, you shouldn't have to guess before you walk in the door.
These aren't slogans — they're the specific things we'll do on your appointment.
Every piece is tested for metal content and weighed on a certified scale on the table between us. You see the karat result and the gram weight as they happen — nothing is taken into a back room.
Scrap and bullion are quoted against the day's spot price, which we'll pull up and show you. Metal prices move; a number from last month is not a number today, and we'll tell you what today looks like.
Diamonds, signed jewelry, collectible coins and watches are frequently worth more intact than melted. We look for that before quoting, and we tell you when a piece is worth more than its weight.
The evaluation is free and carries no obligation. If our number isn't right for you, take everything home and think about it. We'd rather you shopped the offer and came back confident.
Selling jewelry is often personal. It can mean a death in the family, a divorce, a move, or a tight month nobody needs to know about. None of that is served well by a public counter with strangers waiting behind you.
Working by appointment means one client at a time, a table instead of a window, and as long as it takes. It also means we can handle a shoebox of unsorted jewelry properly rather than pricing it in a hurry.
Call or text 352-804-2380 and we'll find a time — often the same day, and evenings and weekends when we can.
Florida regulates the purchase of secondhand precious metals and jewelry, and those rules exist largely to protect sellers and rightful owners. We follow them on every transaction: valid photo identification is required, purchases are recorded in writing, and you receive a receipt documenting what was sold and what was paid.
Some of that paperwork feels like a formality when you're selling your own grandmother's ring. It's worth having anyway — for your records, for an estate's records, and for the small assurance that the business you're dealing with keeps records at all.
Free evaluation, cash paid, no obligation to sell. Call or text to set a time.
